Sydney Tower Concept RevealedMay 2012 Invited Design Competition: We recently completed a concept for a mixed-use development in Sydney. Our concept separated a commercial tower from a clustering of retail below. In the foreground the retail spaces are Identified as individual parcels mimicking the surrounding urban fabric, whilst the tower hovers above as background. Two distinct design languages identify and reflect the specific programmatic requirements of the retail and office spaces.
